We are new and have a question. We did search on our subject, but may have missed this. We see the drinks are included at the Resort, but how does it work? We have seen people talk about bringing or buying bottles, is it because the resort doesn't carry their drink? Do you get one drink at a time? Do you get a bottle. Is there a cut off time at night? Do you go to a bar or is their a waittress? How much do you tip on free drinks? ( we know it's all inclusive but we figure tips are still a good idea) LOL Help out some first timers PLEASE!!! We are totaly looking forward to going but don't want to look stupid or be unprepared :-o . Thanks in advance!!
if you want something they dont carry you need to bring it or buy it while your there. you can get a drink all night long. and they only like to give you 2 drinks at a time and they have a waittress around the pool. we tiped the bar tender about 50 peso each shift or more depending on how good they were
Drinks are plentiful/ Nothing much befor 10AM, but that was never a poblem for me. Some beer in the room fridge, American beer available in the gift shop but pricey. Usually started with a insulated mug, filled at breakfast with coke, Added rum and cokes when the bar openend, Then swithched to beer or margaritas.
we were able to get drinks with breakfast anything we wanted i had tequila with my eggs in the morning

Lol Pam, I think the drinks work just fine........rainbow shots all around. Just love to have a little splash of home after a few days of all the citrus stuff. At least one sour puss night for this girl.
