My husband and I have heard great things about this resort so we've decided to give it a go!! We're really looking forward to a stress-free week filled with food, booze and boobs ;) We will be there Jan 7-12th 2013. I was told that it's cooler in January so what should we bring to wear?

We've been a couple times in Jan the evenings are cool so bring a jacket or sweater, the days are usually fantastic lots of sun and so much fun.

Been there for several Decembers. A light sweater or jacket is recomended for the evenings...Weather there is awesome during the winter months.

It really depends what kind of weather you're used to. We went in January this year and, being from the UK and used to awful weather, we found it nice and warm during the day and even in the evenings we didn't need any jackets or sweaters etc. But then again I tend to run hot so so if you tend to feel cold then bring something light to throw on in the evening.

I totally agree with this. We've been the past two Januarys and neither time did we feel the need for an extra layer at night. Beth rocked out short dresses and there were lots of people wearing skimpy TTR-like clothing, even well after midnight :) I don't think I've ever seen anyone wearing a jacket of any type at TTR...

So unless you need a sweater when the weather dips to the low 70's or end up there during a rare cold snap, I doubt you'll need an extra layer. Perhaps pack a light, multi-purpose sweater or something that you can throw on with just about anything in case you do get a chillier-than-normal evening.

January.... bring lots of great sexy lingerie, flavored whipped cream if you get cold you can always spray it all over, I hear that the act of being licked increases one's body temperature.

Seriously, never been to TTR during January. So, don't listen to us, LOL!

Whipped cream is cool, though, just saying.

Awww....thanks guys for the all suggestions and recommendations!! I'll definitely bring tons of dresses and of course lingerie. I'm gonna actually try out a g-string bikini for the first time in Cancun. I've always been a little self conscious about my body, but what the heck. You only live once! Can't wait!
