Hey all. This will be our first time to Cancun and Temptations. We will be arriving on the 30th of Dec/13. We have heard Coco Bongo is a fun place. Any thoughts from more experience travelers whether that would be a fun place for New Years eve? Cheers
Coco Bongo is a fantastic club no matter what day of the week you go on. It doesn't matter if it s a Monday or New Years Eve you Must check it out. If you go New Years Eve which I did last year it will set you back nearly $200 each for you own table / waiter. I wouldn't go any other way. If you are going to go to one of the clubs for New Years Eve I suggest getting a ticket the day before if not a couple of days before as they go on sell early. Any club In Cancun Is good for New Years. The show they have on in the Hotel is good as well
We had a great time last year. It seemed like everyone is in a party mood during the day, and the show that The resort put on was great. Fireworks, acrobatics, fire dancers, bottle service. We ran into a few playboy models at the sexy pool that were staying at the resort (no kidding, we googled them lol) There are other clubs that put on good shows. We decided that the resort was the best and safest place to celebrate and we weren't disappointed. We will be there from Dec 29- Jan 5 for the 2014 party!

Bart & Annette, Where did you guys see that info on NYE ? Purple and hint of black... I have looked high and low and can't find much info about NYE at TTR. We are first timers booked for Dec 27 - Jan 3. All shopping is done for theme nights. Bubba mugs ready.. Looking forward to a great time at TTR
