I keep hearing people saying "Hope the Vibe is still the same as old temptations"?? Hello We've been 5 times and every time the "Vibe" has been slightly different depending who's there. The hotel or its New surroundings don't create a vibe, it's the people at the Resort that do, so if people who used to visit the old temptations (like us) are there then fun & laughter will follow. Stop panicking guy's and go and enjoy yourselves, after all it's Temptation
I feel like that the "Vibe" is the one thing that has been consistently confirmed on virtually every trip report on CancunCare as well as in the Temptation facebook group. This was one of the biggest concerns leading in, and it's basically been blown out of the water. Many posters have even said that it has actually improved. One thing in relation to the vibe and the entertainment crew, is that some of the raunchiness has been removed. Poolside activities still involve plenty of nudity and laughs, but with improved sex appeal. Many of us welcome this change, but still participate in our own raunchiness "unofficially" poolside.
You are correct. The vibe is created by the people. By the resort is the one that allows it to happen they can shut it down if they want. I am happy to see that it does not look thike they wish for that to happen.
disagree....a lot of what made TTR so great was the actively pro topless, adult spring break, 3 star, sex positive party atmosphere of the resort. IF TTR keeps that 'vibe', or marketing strategy, it will be great....if it changes to a Vegas hipster/pozer marketing strategy/vibe it will not.
I think the vibe will continue and be improved. Sexy fun was allowed in bash, topless everywhere. Entertainers and wait staff dancing all the time etc...
We just spent 4 nights there and we think the vibe is unchanged. Everything is the same as before and that seems the way they want it. Still some work going on but nothing to bother anyone.
Why would they change a formula that works and makes money, they have made structure changes, but wouldn't expect much else to alter especially this Vibe that everyone is so worried about. Put 6 people in a room and create a great atmosphere, Put a different 6 people in same room and the Vibe could be completely different
