I found a new place to check hotel prices at - they are called hotelscombined. It's a price comparison site that pulls prices in from many different providers including Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, Lastminute, Travelocity etc. They state: Not saying it will provide a better deal than you may find elsewhere (it doesn't include Alpharooms for example) but worth a click when price hunting for your trip.
