NEW MOTLEY CRUE.............

So, their new song Saints of Los Angeles has been out for some time now, but I just recently got a chance to hear it in full.....I LOVE IT!! Its not their old stuff, but what is?? Anyone else hear their new stuff?

PS...Chinese Democracy? Soon? Maybe? Wishful Thinking? lol

 

Haven't heard it yet but I will have to listen for it.

As for Chinese Democracy... Dr. Pepper said that they will give everybody in the U.S. a free Dr. Pepper if Axl releases it this year. With the exception of Slash & Buckethead that is.

Motley is my all time favorite band. I grew up listening to these guys. my fav song is Home Sweet Home by the Crue.

I like the new stuff. Its never gonna sound like the 80's Crue, but they did awsome on this album.

note: you wanna read a really good book that will make you wanna read the whole thing in 1 day....... read "The Dirt". It is Motley's auto-biography and gives you very detailed stories about these guys. REALLY GOOD book. It will make you wanna be a rockstar!!

"The Heroin Diaries" is Nikki Sixx's Book about his life in the Crue in the mid 80's and his heroin addiction. It's not as good as The Dirt but still a good read. this book will make you wonder how these guys could still be alive!!!

Have you guys heard Nikki Sixx's side band? I think it's called 3AM. There's a song called Open Your Eyes. It has had mass airplay on my rock station for a while now. It is like the theme song of his book, I guess. Great song, and it grows on me more and more each time I hear it. I heard one of their other songs one time. It was good as well.

 

I hate to be a "know it all" but the band is called Sixx:AM, and the song is Life is Beautiful (but they do say open your eyes in it) haha they are awesome
