We recently became new members. We have a couple of trips already booked but the one in April is my main concern. We booked the Master suite and now they are sold out on the dates we are going to be there, plus we got a really good rate. Even though we booked it through Temptation they consider it a 3rd party booking. I obviously want the premier benefits. The person on the phone mentioned telling them when I checked in and I may get the black bracelet. Has anybody done this before?
I’m following now. Did you buy into a master suite membership? If so then they can move it over to premier, but since you said they didn’t when you talk to them I assume you bought into a different room. I think your best bet is to talk to your butler beforehand and explain to him what’s going on. I highly doubt they will just give you the band at checkin. Have you talked with the person you bought your membership with? Sometimes they have ways to work that out. I would definitely go to the premier desk to checkin and see if they will give you the band although they will probably make you sit through and upgrade presentation.
