Not intending on starting a pro/con thread on the premier program, but just got back and thought I'd pass on what I saw as a multiple repeat visitor. This visit was: a) the most aggressive lobby-pitch I've ever had at either cabo or cancun. Normally the non-drinking solo-traveler line gets them off my back...but she literally hounded me back out the front door as I got some stuff out of my suitcase to change into while waiting for the room. And b) the line she wanted to use was about a 'new check-in process'...hadn't had that line used on me before, but felt it was fairly dishonest but yet transparent. Although I find it humorous that it implies how shitty the check-in process can be unless you have the appropriate expectations going in.
I never buy something that someone tries that hard to sell. And the "new check in procedure", is just plain lying. I think I'd contact someone about that.
