Maybe you can order online or by phone with Office Max in the states, then have someone pick them up for you when they go to the US. You can possibly email them your design and go from there. My cards are 4 color and I got them at a FL Office Max. Cheap, fast, easy BUT I took the layout on a flash drive and they turned them around pretty quick. Just a thought. How fancy do you want them? Basic business cards should be pretty cheap. You won't go broke at 1,000 for $349 but no doubt they are a white card with black ink, maybe or maybe not with a logo that you furnish. That would be good to know.
I got some business cards a few months ago here in Cancun for a great price, but now I see that the place has closed. I guess that is the reason for the low price. If you want to go the USA route as TJ suggested, try vistaprint.com. I don´t know if they deliver to Mexico.
