Has anyone cancelled thru the hotel they booked with?.. Temptations wants 1545$ and alpha rooms has same room for $889... Huge difference..
Depends on how far out you cancel. Friends that were traveling to TTR with us a year ago had to cancel due to an illness and the hotel refunded 100% but it was about 14 days out.
Thanks for responding. I am 11th of July to 18th. I am hoping they match it.. but $700 is a huge difference. Did they call in or email?
They called and had no problem. You are far enough out that you should not have a problem as long as things have not changed. Only thing I can see that may be different is thatvwaa during March when they cancelled and the hotel was very full. I may play a role in how they respond.
