    Hi Everyone,

This is my first post although I have read and followed the forum for some time. It's really a wealth of information.

I am in Cancucn for the next three days and am trying to find a suitable apartment somewhere near the HZ for $600 - $700 month.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can find out what is available in that price range while I am here?

    Duane

I'm moving out of my apartment in one month and I know the owner will want to rent it. It is fully furnished, even a tv in the room, 2 balconies, one with views of the hotel zone, golf course and sea, security, very quiet, microwave, stainless steal oven, big silver fridge, washing machine, etc. He'll probably want about 5500 pesos. It's at the end of Bonempak and portillo. It's not high end luxury, but it's great for the price. 2 bedroom 2 bath, 1 is ensuite.

From my house to work (past las americas on bonempak) takes me 8 minutes by car. To the hotel zone 5 minutes.

let me know if you're interested.

Finding an apartment in the hotel zone for what you are looking to pay is very difficult if available at all. Take a look at the place recommended by Matkirk. Its in your budget and should be a good area to live in for you to start with.
