We have run out of ink after a year and a half. We cannot print at all because we need the black ink cartridge. It 's part number is: Epson #TO77120 Black. We've already checked Office Max, Office Depot, WalMart, & Sams. Someone suggested a place called "Mundo Global" but we have no idea where it is??? Can anyone suggest a source here in Cancun??? If not, is anyone coming here for a vacation soon that could bring one in for me?

Liverpool and Sears both stock Epson and there's a couple of other computer shops on Palanque, around the corner from the Sony service shop. Also, if you are headed into the Hotel Zone from Centro, on the right side of the street behind the IMSS hospital, there's a really good computer shop that will order anything you need and have it in less than 4 days. Big sign Computadoras and lots of white iron grating. EDIT. I went digging for a receipt. It is the Mundo Global you spoke of. The address is Av. Xcaret Mza.20, Lote 112, Loc. 2, SMZ. 20. That should lead you right to it, correct ? Call them at 998 887-3780. It really is behind IMSS.
Ink We tried Sam's, Walmart, Mundo Gobal, Sears, Liverpool, Office Depot and Max, Costco, and a couple of others I can't remember. Our only hope is that someone could bring one in that is coming for vacation soon. I can drop ship it and meet you at the airport???????
Tom, Not sure if they do it here but at Office Max in FL they refill inkjet printer cartridges for a good deal less than the cost of a new one. I have bought several black and color refills without problems. Maybe there is a reload place around here. I did look online at Best Buy and don't see that model number. I guess you have some antique printer. Jaja. I also sent you a PM last night. Good luck with your search my friend.
ink Tom, There is (at least there USED TO BE, but I am pretty sure it's still there) an internet cafe on Tulum, near Tulum and that restaurant Padrino's. They have ink cartridges there that have been refilled, like TJ was talking about. I was able to find ink for my EPSON that I used to print photos. I found that the ink clogged the heads and it made it useless for me, since I need something precise when printing pics. For just printing out pages here and there, it would probably be fine though. I'm sorry I don't know the name of the place and have been very vague with a location, but I haven't been there in ages. I know it's either one or two blocks from Chedraui. If you get to UltraFemme, you've gone WAY too far. Good luck!
