I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good family lawyer in Cancun? My husband and I will be arriving soon for an extended period of time and will require a lawyer to help us with some personal matters...specifically regarding parental rights & access to a minor biological child. The lawyer does not have to be bilingual alhtough it would be a bonus (just for me). Any recommendations are very much appreciated! Thanks so much in advance

Jenny Vance 887-3236 On Av Tulum, on the first floor of the building to the right of HSBC, between Coba and Plz las Americas. Bilingual and I know she has handled problematic family law issues in the past. I have personally used her on other matters for the last 5 years or so. She has a big heart and that might help in the situation you allude to. Good luck.
Margarita Leon deals more with real estate and commercial issues vs. family issues. I would not use her since family issues are not her specialty.
