Make or Buy the game?

Seems this is a game you make by altering a regular Jenga set or did you find a place to buy?

What kind of stuff is on the Jenga pieces. I found a description on a Hedo forum thread that provided some good ideas. Can you share some of the stuff on your game pieces so we can make one before we go to TTR in April? Would be much appreicated.
