No - it’s topless optional only and quite frankly the beach isn’t that great - even less for swimming.
The beach at TTR is totally public..... but has known the odd "indiscretion" after dark LOL. You can skinny dip and go nude on the boob cruise........
You can swim naked at Desire's beaches. They are still "public" but it's not very common to see non-guests at the beach area.
we did with two other couples after leaving bash. ( good enough lighting with the clear sky and moonlight ) tipped the security 20$ and he bought us two tables so all our clothes stayed off the sand. and all 6 of us stripped down and went in, also we bought a couple bottles of liquor with us.
