I have been trying to work my liver out in preperation for our trip in 3 weeks and I am not making much progress. I went out last night to watch the Mav's game(they suck) and after 6 beers I had to head home because I could tell I was on my way to being too drunk to drive.

All day in the pool drinking is going to be a serious challange.:wink3:

Really, it won't be as bad as what you think. Just get you an insulated mug (bubba mug) to take along. Pacing and drink water in intervals will help. I know its great to walk up to a bar and get drinks as fast as you want and not have to pay (Granted do tip the bartenders from time to time) take it easy your 1st day and the rest of your trip you will get the feel of the drinks to not get overly shitfaced. Granted your liver will hate you after your trip because of the amounts of alcohol you will drink. The sun, the water the yummy drinks all add to the intoxication. So leave the power drinking at home. And just have fun while drinking on vacation!

At TTR, you don't have to worry about getting home! You're already there!

that is why I loved the old BBG room keys. If you got too drunk, all someone had to do is look at the key number and haul you back to the room. Also the chains made them easy to carry around your neck. Not so easy now since you would have to get front desk to give you room number and the keys have a habit of not working right when you are drunk.

That is a VERY good point. Maybe I will stay in this Saturday and celebrate Cinco De Mayo by trying to see how many corona's it takes me to get good and stumbling drunk? Since that is how I plan to be on vacation:icon_lol:
