Been in Cancun nearly two weeks. Does anyone else get sick of hearing the same songs day after day, night after night? What was fun for two days is now, meh
Actually no, because the music is not really the main thing we are there for. We are usually hanging with the April Addicts or the Labor Day Crew laughing our asses off and having a great time.
A day of listening to shitty music in Cancun,, beats my best day at work listening to good music , any day. That,s why the preferred vacation length is 10 days ,, happy median .
The music doesn't make a bit of a difference for us...We're there for the people and the party...as long as the music is making thumping sounds, we're good. The only time music gets on my nerves is when I'm hearing 10, 20 and 30 year old songs over and over. I think they do a decent job with the music.
We don't mind the repetitive music. . We call the songs they play all the time Paty O's music. . When we hear those songs at home we can imagine we're back at Paty Os for a few minutes
Considering you guys have only been there one night maybe two at TTR .. and from what I've read your staying somewhere else... I think you guys are trying to poke the bear.. grow up...I'm to a point you start another thread .. I'm just going to ignore it... you have nothing worth reading...
Yes we also got sick of it during the second week. Most of the folks from the US and Canada do a quick week then back to reality. Coming from the UK we usually do the 14 day stretch which not only gives you the same music night after night but also the same games round the pool (could put up with the pole dancing and wet t-shirt everyday though and every night was a lingerie night for Mary (lucky me) LOL) we had a blast though and some dodgy techno music certainly doesn't put a dampener on a great holiday. But if we do come back would maybe look at 10 days with 4 days somewhere to chill before returning to the UK.
Again, being thrashed by some on here for asking a simple question. The DJ did a great job, but certain songs where repetitive. They seemed to be played every hour. The modified music video's where great though!
