Today, May 10th is Mothers Day in Mexico so I want to wish all of you "Mommies" a very happy Mother's Day!!! It is probably the hardest job in the world and you all deserve a special day for yourselves. Even those who do not have children but have a pet (or pets) that you consider to be your "kids" should take part in the celebration. Mothers Day is really a big deal here in Mexico (schools are only open for half a day) and it is nice to see all of the street vendors selling ballons, flowers, roses and candy. Happy Mothers Day!!!
Thanks! Picked up my son after his half day at school and he had his arms full of cards and presents. The schools do a good job of helping the kids celebrate. Felicidades mamis!
