It is new and fantastic, located at a side of Pabellon Caribe or Mocambo Café. It is a new concept and the food is great. They have a lot of appetizers and for the main dish you go inside and it is like a buffet bar with everything raw, and you serve and mix whatever you want. There are like 10 different pastas, all the vegetables you can imagine and then small pieces of all kind of meats, pork, shrimp, lobster, fish and tofu. Finally and to make this extra delicious, you have 12 different "salsas" to put into your food; Mango with habanero, raspberry with tequila and jalapeños and much more. Once you are done with the mix, the Chef weighs your dish and charges by the weight. They cook your mix and serve to you with a soup and salad............ MMMMMMM Delicious
We had one of these places back in Boulder and it was good. Same concept, and I think the same name. I should check this one out, need to support anyone in Cancun who actually serves tofu...
The Chain in the US is called Mongolian Barbecue it started in the early to mid 90's and the cool part was that they had these big round grills that were manned by 2 guy's with long sticks and they would grill your food for you, the way they manoeuvred the sticks was a show in itself
I could be all over that, but do you get to pick the brand of alcohol (as a matter of fact, do they even have Skyy in Cancun)?
Olives? (I expect they have to have olives....) Well, then it's settled, isn't it. Clearly I'll need to pack a vermouth sprayer. Thanks Elizabeth, Thanks Ana.
