Hey All.. I'm looking to modify my alpharooms reservation but cannot for the life of me get them to reply to my support request in the past 10 days. I'm trying to add a day onto the front of our trip if possible. Should I just contact TTR directly and add an extra night if flight changes work out?

Thanks Steve. I've used them twice before with no issues and even had a support request last time that was answered right away, just find it odd. I'll try calling if I don't hear back. Their last activity was 8/2012, so i'm not holding my breath, but crossing my fingers!
I facebooked alpha rooms. Pm and they always respond. Keep in mind the time diff. I had to do it before 10 am phx time or they are gone for day
You might be able to book the one night in a separate reservation unless you booked the air through them too.....
Me too, wish I would have just booked it that way from the get go. Kinda of annoyed at myself. It's the flight change fees that might keep me from doing it. AA did modify my departure time so I might be able to latch onto that to avoid change fees. I feel like we always miss the "first night party".... Thanks guys! I'll try the FB route and see where it goes. Maybe a reply tomorrow.
Good luck! We modified our reservation with them on our last trip and had no issues. We contacted them via Facebook and told them no one had responded to our "Manage My Booking" inquiry. The responded on Facebook and took care of us immediately.
