Mitzy and Ditzy do the Just Ducky Tour in Pittsburgh

We were meeting Sheila and Mike at Station Square for some fun today.
We parked our car, and walked over to watch the trains go by ...

There were some people on a Segway tour, and they stopped to watch the trains, too ...

Then Mitzy and Ditzy stood by the fountain in front of the Hard Rock Cafe.

Sheila and Mike arrived, and we boarded the Duck ...

WHAT THE HECK IS THE DUCK?

That thing is a DUKW! It is an amphibious truck built by General Motors Corporation during WWII for transporting goods and soldiers over land and water.
D stands for 1942 U stands for utility K stands for front wheel drive and W stands for two rear driving axles. There you go. Clear as Mud.

Mitzi is holding on to her ticket ....

Passed PNC Park, where the Pirates were playing Tampa Bay ...

Thanks for sharing your day with us!!! The church picture was amazing! I'm really into that sorta thing as we have soooo many famous architectural styles here in Chicago.

Looking forward to the next installment of "The Travels of Mitzy & Ditzy"
