Ok so i am looking at the special events calendar and it says that the 13-15th it is a celebration for Mexican Independence. I see they have some stuff up about a sweet dreams pool party(how is this any different then normal, haha), contests, cooking class, dj festival, and Independence Celebration & Mariachi. Just wondering if anyone has been here during this before, and what we can expect(besides great times). Thanks, Steve and Elyse
IMHO, it's just another 'theme' night for TTR. The people it means the most for at the resort are the workers and they are too busy working to enjoy. TTR does it up OK, not great but OK. A different resort we were at before and during this time, it was a CELEBRATION! A lot of the guests were Mexican citizens, the entertainers were in on the fun, same as the staff, it was done up FANTASTIC! We were celebrating with them and having a blast! But then again, it's going to be what you make of it. We'll be at TTR those dates and we'll do our best to have a great time!
