Hi all - Anyone wanting to get to back to England in March - I found mex - lhr with British Airways direct for 677usd including all taxes! Great price!! Its only select dates but it is available. I am trying to go back in September but its proving expensive at the moment!! It was on www.despegar.com.

Yep, Martinair was the cheapest I found as well and I think you could upgrade to premium class for 90us extra or something. It was about 1100 usd - but with the exchange rate as it is... :shock:
Is the direct flight leaving from Cancun? I did Martinair to Amsterdam and then a flight to Manchester last year and that was the cheapest available.
Hi Jim - the BA one is from Mexico city - LHR direct - so you'd have to get one of those volaris specials or something for 1000 pesos - but it would still be cheap!
Ahh, that's what I thought. Have to go East by heading West. Adds 4 hours to total flying time + the additional cost. Not a deal in my opinion.
Flights from LGW to Cancun however are a real steal right now. 10th March for 2 weeks is just 199 pounds rtn including tax !!!! Why are they never that price when my family are able to fly???? Tracey x
Have you checked Ryanair? They are supposed to fly internationally now, with something like USD8 (yes eight)
BTW I just got a R/T ticket to FLL for USD118 for March with Spirit, taxes included, seats, water, bags, toilets NOT included :lol:
