I am here representing a dive shop in the Riviera Maya. I am wondering if there is a section of the forum that is appropriate for posting promotions for locals and a link to our website? I didnt want post without knowing first where is the appropriate space. Help!

I appreciate you asking Scuba10, because lots of people don't. Policy at the moment is we don't allow commercial posts, there are so many businesses here looking for promo that I don't want the forum looking like a classifieds site. You are welcome to post your website link in your signature which will show every time you make a post, this encourages business owners to participate and answer potential clients queries. I do appreciate a link back form your website in return though. I may re-introduce a merchants section where, for a nominal fee, business owners can promote their services. I did try it before and there was little interest - seems most business owners who have something to sell just want to drop a link and forget about it.
