Men's Theme Dress Code

Hey there!
I've searched and can't find answers to my exact question - sorry if it has been answered and I didn't see it.
Dressing for theme nights:
Does my hubby have to wear a shirt?
Can he wear just a thong if he wants?
Are flip flops or sandals ok or does he have to wear closed toed shoes?
These questions go for both Nice Shoes and Patty O's.

For lingerie night shirtless is fine.,,, it is also fine any other time .

At other times it is mostly the ripped guys that go shirtless to expose their 6 pack. ( women like this, but personally on White dress night or red dress night it clashes with the dresses,,, but pretty much anything goes .)

Nice shoes is usually only 90 minute show .

 

My white attire ended up with a white tie, white thong and flip flops. That's it lol, but earlier in the night I did have a button up and white pants but those came off LOL

I'll try to get Tramp to coordinate his thong colors to the appropriate theme color, but he'll be wearing a shirt! No worries there.......lol.

 

Q1: "Does my hubby have to wear a shirt?"

A1: "Have to?" No, though he'd probably feel a bit out of place at the beginning of the night, call it until 10:00 p.m. or so. That's about the earliest I and the dudes I've been with have done it/noticed other's guys going shirtless.

Q2: "Can he wear just a thong if he wants?"

A2: I have been around when dudes have sported thongs and other things, though if the junk actually gets out, the sec-guards will probably ask for an alternate option to be worn. BUT that being said, last March during lingerie night my see though-ish mesh briefs were fine. And apparently approved by many, to judge by the smacks.

A3: I always wear flops to patyo's, unless it is really some sort of special dress-up evening - which it an be, if you are wanting to match up in the Hots with the lady on your arm. Probably NOT a good move to go in cut-off jean shorts and a stained wife-beater shirt and flops when your Hotness is wearing a spectacular (pick a color, red, black, white, multi) dress and glorious heels.... Sort of clashes and she might just dump your ass there for a guy more classily dressed just to point out that error. It IS Temptation.

Why does the Temptations website say "trendy outfit" for guys on lingerie night? Thought they also had to participate to be able to attend that night?

 

Well, no worries about the cut off jeans and wife beater - Michael has NEVER worn either of those! (and never will)

 

My thoughts exactly....I'm thinking he has to wear a shirt and pants??? Really??.....So Now I'm thinking I'll just have him wear the sheer pants and thong that'll match my outfit!!! LOL He does love his thongs, personally I'd rather go commando than wear one but to each his own! LOL
