Just wanted to give a quick trip report for all of those solo travelers out there. This was my first time to cancun and I went alone to celebrate my birthday. I know, I'm so brave. I couldn't have picked a better spot. I had an absolute blast. From the moment I got to check in folks recognized me from the board. And from that moment on I never felt like I was alone the entire trip. The room was spacious, with a little stocked fridge which came in handy when I slept through an entire evening (too many margharitas) Thank goodness for the V8. The staff was awesome. Everyone was so nice and accomodating. From reception, to the bartenders, to the wait staff...all awesome. The sexy pool was a blast. I thought I would have a quiet day and try the other pool but there was no point. Too much fun to be had here and the entertainment was hysterical. The food...I did the buffet and the mexican restaurant and never bothered with reservations at the other restaurants. I was sticking to a somewhat healthy diet while I was there and had no problem finding something great to eat. And the grill that was always open all night/morning at Paty O's? had an ample supply of hangover food i.e. burgers/hot dogs/fries. The guests...the best part about the trip. You wont find cooler people. Special thanks to Rob, Jamie, Chris, Dale, Cheri, Derrick and Trina. You guys are all awesome! I know I'm missing a bunch of people here because I can't remember all the names but it was great hanging out with all of you guys. The only thing I regret is not having more time to shop, lol. And never pulling my camera out of my bag. I was having way too much fun. All in all, it was a great vacation. Definitely worth repeating! All the best, Erica (aka Shelaine)

OK, since Dale already has the action item to get you back (like that's going to be hard to do ) and Tom covered the single side, I guess all I'm left with is to offer up Chris as your shopping guide next year.
