We thought we would share our experiences/opinions of our latest trip. We go to Temptation to get away and enjoy being to ourselves. Our trip is probably not the typical one posted on here so here is one from another point of view: 1.Sexy pool- We never got in it. Tons of people swear by it, but we could care less, not why we go. 2. Beach- Could be better, but not sure what they could do. Tons of grass? washes up constantly. We spent most of our days on the beach. 3. Paty o's- Always enjoy this for a little while each night. Not great, but at least you have a place to go instead of leaving the resort. 4. Nice Shoes- Too bad they dont keep it open each night with decent music. Usually closes a little before the resort leaves for the clubs. 5. Food- The food was very good everywhere except the TexMex. Believe me, that ain't TexMex! 6. Room- Great room, bed was way too hard. Moved us to another with a pillow top mattress, much better. 7. Theme nights- lingerie night is king, loved it, wore damn near nothing. Went to Paty'os and continued wearing damn near nothing. Pool party was big dissapointment. We showed up as the only two wearing swim attire. 8. Security- The one you been waitin for. We thought it was great. Yes, they were out more visably. They rushed in to stop people who were very drunk to stop them from dancing on the tables at Paty'os. I know alot of people were complaining about the games in the sexy pool being curtailed. We do not go there for the entertainment staff nor the games so not sure if it is different now. 9. Singles- We had major issues last trip. Zero problems this one and nothing but positives to say. Must be the time of year we went. However, our last day there we noticed tons of young men with purses that matched their outfits who appeared to be Euros. Don't see much of that at home, except with women. 10. Prude guests- Tons of them. We had a talk with the Premier people about the number of people who were there that seemed to be out of place. I walked into the sports bar after lingerie night and a lady put her hand over her mouth and could not believe I wore that in there (only going to the restroom). Premier told us that the makeup of the resort is changing and the 'prudes' are complaining in droves about people like us. You can run around topless all day at the resort but if you show a little too much at night you are out of line. It really annoyed us, as Premier Members, that they place is changing and not what we traded for. If you stay at the sexy pool all day you may not notice it, but we did on the first day. They actually said some complained about us on the beach turning our chairs and facing back twards the pm sun. They were forced to see my wife in here micro sheer bikini. Some also compalined about her wearing fishnet dresses at night, thats why she stopped the last few nights. Seems like to us they are pushing people like us to Desire. We like the diverse people of singles and couples. Much more partying at night than any other place we have been. Not sure who to blame, there were alot of 'prudes' there so we def believe the resort when they say they are getting complaints. We made our views known, but they said we were in the minority. We had a great time and hated to leave. Made several new friends as usual and are ready to go back, probably back to Cabo next time.
Since we met you two we can definately say that anyone that complains about the micro sheer bikini needs their head examined.
Hey Michael & April, Great meeting you guys, and yeah, I can't see why anyone would complain about your attire. Most of us greatly appreciated it. You looked fantastic! Very disappointing to hear about the increase in "prudes". Why would the resort be encouraging those folks in the first place? How do they pitch it to them? I mean, what kind of place do they think they are coming to? Seems like management is a bit schizophrenic about what kind of place they want TTR to be: a party for adults? a romantic getaway for couples? a boring bland vanilla resort like all the others where you can get topless by the pool but that's about it? I don't get it. Anyhow, glad you had less trouble with the single blokes this time around. Hope we see you guys again on future trips!
if this is the case i guess we are taking our business to Desire resort the reason we like comeing to this resort is because my wife can slap on her white see thru dress and nobody say much anything and the avarege age is the other main reason we go to TTR. If you dont like seeing hot ladys in hot dress/outfits please dont come to TTR go to a stuck up place that nobody says hello to you. So to all the prudes you know who you are? Why even go? make your self a favor and the rest of us just go else where please. Sorry but this really push my buttons.
You definitely would fit in with the April Addicts bunch! First time we heard the "Premier" angle... wonder if they are having "pull" on the changing atmosphere. Thanks for taking the time to write a TR.
I do have to say however, April, that for every prude who may have complained about your outfits on lingerie night, there were at least a dozen more (guys and gals) who were admiring and appreciating from afar. Not to mention I saw more than a few drunk guys try to chat you up at Paty-O's that night as well. The squeaky wheels get the grease, and a small handful of complaints can seem like a lot when you're the target of them, but rest assured there were plenty more of us who were just fine with what you were wearing, and would have said so aloud if we had realized there was a need to stick up for you guys.
Hey guys it was nice to finally meet you in person. I can't beleive anyone would complain about the way April dresses. That lady is so beautiful that it too everything I had not to stare and drool. April I’m sorry that when Mike and I were talking I hardly glaced your way but I was trying real hard not to lose my place in the conversation and it was real hard with that kind of beauty next to me. Don't you think the sales people will say what ever it takes to get new Premier members to sign on the dotted line reguardless of who they are and how it might change the landscape of the resort. Then after that we are stuck with them. Sounds like some of them are prudes and they show and tell.
Just got back ourselves and we had a great time. We had a blast dancing and partying at Paty's bar and the sexy pool. Never saw the beach, at least not the last two trips. Glad to see you had fun.
