actually HE didnt say that, there was an "anonymous source" that said he has no chance of getting them due to who runs baseball. Mark Cuban was quoted as saying "There's no reason to comment on anonymous comments from unsolicited sources. I mean it's ridiculous," Cuban said http://www.cubanandthecubs.com/ And he isnt going to jail, his legal troubles for insider trading isnt a crimal charge, as in martha stewarts! She went to jail for lying to the federal jury, not for insider trading. He will pay a fine and be done with it, since its not a criminal charge. Regardless, I see this hurting his chances now of being able to buy the cubs. Which is sad! :?
