Happy New Year! I am looking for a map/layout of the resort. I know I have seen one posted on the the forum. But currently my phone and I have a love hate relationship and I can't seem to search urgh! Thanks Much appreciated. We haven't prerequested rooms and really are not picky. Other then we would like a balcony. Is it worth emailing the resort ahead of time if we see a location we might like. Suggestions would be appreciated. See you in 20 days!
Honestly I wouldn't bother contacting the hotel. When you check in just ask for a balcony room. I have been 9 times and the only time I didn't have a balcony was because I was on the first floor where we had a walk out patio. Are there even rooms on floors2-3 that don't have balconies?
It depends on what you are looking for in your room. We love the rooms right next to Patyo's for the convenience. SO close to the action at night, (great to step away for a quick bathroom break or for a costume adjustment) and the morning breakfast buffet. We've stayed in 2103 twice and it is clean and nice, with a garden patio. That is ground floor and every one above it has a balcony. HOWEVER>>> There is a reason they leave ear plugs on the night stand. If you want a little more quiet, maybe something a little further away might be more to your liking. Either way, I have tried emailing the early check-in info the last couple times with room requests and it didn't seem to make any difference what so ever. You can easily make your preferences known at the front desk and if not completely booked full there is usually a good chance you'll be taken care of. Some guests have more experience with that than us though. We're down in the "undesirable" section to many being camped out so close to the noise. LOL. Then again, all of us in the misfit section are generally pretty good partiers!
So grateful to see this! Makes it so much more exciting! 9 more days! Do you have the link to the map? When I zoom in, it goes out of focus.
