    In the 13-15 buildings… do any of the rooms have an ocean view of any sort?

    Not really. I think 13-15 are the two story grand villas / Lovers Swim Up Royal Suites. There's a decent layer of foliage between the end of the resort buildings area and the start of the beach. You can see a glimpse of the view in this room pic:
