Hi, I'm not sure about Coco Bongos. I've seen such mixed reviews on here! If I went I would want to make my own way there early to make sure I got a good space, rather than showing up 10-11pm with the resort, where I've read there's problems with crowds. I'd go early, try to get a decent space, then tip the waiter heavily for the first few rounds to try and get decent service. I'm definitely going to Senor Frogs on one of the days, and also going to go down to Av Yaxchilan on one day to sample some of the local bars and a restaurant there. As well as the Boobs Cruise, I was thinking about going over to Isla Mujeres again on the ferry for a day as well, as the bars over there look cool too.
I think senor frogs with the resort was cancelled wasnt it? We still go there by ourselves for dinner tho.
Yeah I'm not thinking of going with the resort - was gonna go about 6pm, get something to eat, then hang about a bit until I either get tired or run out of Pesos for those awesome huge drinks they serve. To be honest, I'm in Temptations because the company sounds like my type of scene, and I love the fact it's adults only, the freedom we have there, and people look like they party there, but I'm a very independent person and love to explore too! I've picked out a bunch of places I like the look of and I'm going to abuse the bus system and see some sights too. Would love to bring a load of TTR folks too if they're up for it during my trip!
