Hey peeps, There are tuns of sites for the ladies, but any men shop at some online sites for swimwear? and i spellededed swimwear wrong in the title, nice.....
Are you after anything in particular? I hate board-style shorts on me, probably because I'm 5'8 and they make me look like even more of a midget IMO, but I also tend to think above-the-knee is the way to go for guys in general. Of course, I doubt you care about how I think you look in your shorts. Anyway, I've been happy with Penguin shorts. Look good, several styles available, not too expensive. I think I noticed that Target was actually carrying something that might look good on somebody older than 16 recently, but I don't know if they carry them year-round. If you're wanting some of that crazy Euro-skimpy style, I know I've seen a lot on Amazon. I bought a pair of square-cuts before our first trip but chickened out and sent them back. Maybe I'll give them another shot this trip. If you're looking for a hammock, then dude, I just can't assist in good conscience.
This is a good site: Swimwear at International Jock Underwear & Swimwear I ordered a few square cuts from them earlier this year. Sign up for the newletter first if you are not in a hurry and get discount code about every other week.
Great mens swimwear As someone who shares the pain of not having 7ft long legs I also hate board shorts...they make me look like I'm wearing some kind of weird short-pants. I've had great success at Nordstrom with Hugo Boss swim shorts. I have these for example and they fit great (not as short looking on me as they are on the model): BOSS Black 'Lobster' Volley Swim Shorts (Men) | Nordstrom
I am 6'3 so board shorts work for me but I still like the shorter length, usually under 20 inches. My favorite site is Surf Clothing - Surf Wear, Surfer Gear, Apparel, Swimwear | KillerDana.com Good write ups on each option. I always look for a light material 20 inches or less inseam, tie front and pockets are a must!
I like the square cut speedo's around the pool, and I keep a dry pair of the regular board ones at my chair to go for Lunch. They dry a lot faster and are more comfortable
