Yesterday we received Blondie's order from MS. We were totally excited to see how the suits look on her (totally awesome hot) when we discovered that her Spidey Mesh suit (tiny bottoms with a large top) had several places where the sewing missed. In their defense that material doesn't have much to sew to. This morning I called the factory and explained what happened and they told to return the defective suit and place an order for a replacement with an explanation in the comments. An hour later I received an email from Jenny, in customer service, apologizing for the mistake and telling me to just keep the bad suit and that they would get a new one out to us ASAP no charge and wishing us a good Labor Day weekend. Not many companies have customer service like that anymore. This was our first order from MS but it definitely won't be our last!
Agreed, they are awesome. Although we have never had a defective garment we love all of their stuff. It doesn't get much sexier than MS!
