Need a little help. I have been trying to figure out how to make payments online. I booked direct with the resort and i am having a hard time making payments. I have contacted the resort and they have responded with the amount due? Has anyone ever made a payment online? Aug 31st - July 8th! first visit! Thanks Dave
Haven't ever made payments online.. have called them and given them my CC number over the phone and they have been able to process it that way. If you do be sure to call your CC company and let them know a charge for X amount will be processed from Mexico so they will let it go through. Saves a few calls later back and forth to get it approved. Jamie
