We really enjoyed our recent trip to Temptation but would love to go to Desire this year...Does anyone know how to get a decent deal to Desire or if you can book and go on the timeshare tour in order ot get a hotel discount? Any info appreciated..

You won't find any "deals" on Desire, there is no "discounting" allowed by TAs or on line booking agencies or they lose the right to book Desire. The best you can do is take advantage of various promos that are offered by Desire - for instance there is a promo on right now for May 31>Jun30 & Aug01>Dec25 which will save you a fair bit over regular prices - the catch is that you have to book for these dates by the end of this Feb. You can either book directly with Desire or what I would recommend is through a TA that specializes in Desire - most of these TAs will also throw in free transfers(something that Desire does not do) which will save you about $100, PM me if you would like TA recommendations for Desire Since your airfare will be the same in any event, I can't see why you would think Desire would cost more from the UK. I know that Temptations rates are discounted highly in the UK from what they would normally be from the US - perhaps that is why you think Desire is expensive from the UK - Desire is just expensive from anywhere - LOL You can book directly with Desire, through any of the US TAs specializing in Desire or try PENG Travel who specialized in Desire from the UK.
Last year while we were there, the hotel slipped a piece of paper under our door asking us if we would like to go to desires for the rest of our time there. We didn't go
