Hey guys, this is gonna sound like a Petty question but wondering. My Peeve is people who set up a towel and a couple of books on Loungers for the day and disappear for 2-3-4 hours at a time. Are there a decent amount of Loungers for everyone or is it a race against the clock every day?? We usually like to get to Pools around noonish and in some resorts you were out of luck. One time we observed towels and books on loungers for 3-4 hours of Primetime so we neatly folded them up and put them under the loungers so we could keep an eye on them and we used the chairs. It didn't go over very well when the "owners" came back!! :banghead: To me, it's one thing to go for lunch or the Beach for an hour, but we had no choice but to mimic the behaviour and do it once, run down at 6:00 am, go back to bed and show up at noon. To me it's not right. I understand that weekly the crowd changes and it depends on the courtesy of others but is it the same thing there? Thanks.... Joanne
Definitely a peeve of mine also! I say if they're gone for more than an hour, neatly move their stuff and use the chair...they're not using it!
 That's what I do... come back from the clubs, go up to the room and change into my tee shirt and suit, grab the towels and head down. So yeah, I'm out there early grabing a chair. Sometimes I play towel bitch for friends and grab others. But we're there all day using the chairs till our 3 PM powernap time. Jamie
Geeezz... What? You think you're on vacation or something? Noon? Hell you've missed half the day and half the fun. :aktion054: Jamie
alone.... :icon_eek:Well for a one person only I should not credit note of problem I hope:icon_neutral:
Hi Joanne, If you want a poolside lounger, you better be out there before 7am. If you go any later, you'll be lucky to score an outside row lounger. I wouldn't recommend moving other peoples stuff off of 'unused' loungers either, just not worth getting into it with someone and spoiling your vacation. Get there before 7, get a good spot, grab a cup of coffee, and enjoy the scenery and relaxing music that they play over the PA. Then around 9am, head to the buffet for a great breakfast, and you'll be set for the day. Oh, and have a blast.:icon_wink:
