Losing weight getting in shape before TTR

    We are heading down to TTR for our third visit. Every year we try to get in shape for the trip. This year we have finally found a way to do it with fantastic results!! Laurie is down 20lbs and I am down 30lbs with a month to go!!!

    Does everybody try and lose weight/ tone up before they go down or are we the crazy ones???? LOL

    Already working on it! 100 squats a day, plus workouts!

    Yes indeed i started yesterday jogged walked three mile and jogged one mile and started my starvation diet and believe me im about starved to death lol

    What's your secret? We've been trying, I walk about 2 miles a day and do squats , I try to squeeze in as much as I can with 3 kids. My busband Erick counts his calories doing1730 a day just under the 2000 calorie guide line. It seems to work for him.

    Yep we do too! But actually it's a lifestyle for us. But we go into hyper drive a month before leaving.

    It's a great incentive to get in shape! Otherwise I would hibernate all winter and be the size of a house! lol

    I am on an exercise schedule anyway BUT I am putting it into overdrive and trying to tone the tummy for a bikini! lol
