Hello, I've been living in Puerto Escondido Oaxaca for 3 years. I have an FM-3 with work permit. Looking to rent a furnished 3 bedroom house. DO NOT NEED ocean front or ocean view. Would like internet and or phone line. GOOD INTERNET A MUST! Pool would be nice too. $1,200 (USD) per month is my budget. Can anyone help? Phil
I saw a nice house in Villas Toscana last week. 12,000 pesos. 3-4 bedrooms shared pool good security. Google it and you may find the ad.Its downtown Cancun not hotel zone. Good Luck

Renting Hi. I have apartments on the beach and if you are interested, I can offer you the apartment for $1200. Your electric and Internet ($50usd) would be separate. You have a pool and beach. You can rent and enjoy yourself a bit while looking for a more permanent home. I did that 15 years ago (stayed in Cancun for October and November...the 2 most stormy months) and finally found a place to live. I loved it there so much I bought apartments there.
