I highly recommend searching through the archives on this forum. There is a LOT of relevant information there on everything from how hard it is for foreigners to get permission to work here to finding housing and schools. Start there and then ask us specific questions. Oh, and welcome to the board.
Our relocation was great in many ways. We had a learning curve on several levels, but once you jump the hurdles, it all gets easier. We are now going on year 4 here and are loving it! Let us know how we can help you.
