Hello all my DEAR friends living in Cancun....... I plan on staying in Cancun for the New England Winter months of November thru February (4 months!) and have been looking online for accommodations....but it seems that most people who are renting apartments want a minimum of 6 months....!! I need an apartment for 2 people in a decent, safe area in the downtown area with parking... Any suggestions or leads would be greatly appreciated. I would like at least 160 sq m. Thanks in advance....... Ken
This one seems to tick mosst of your boxes - Departamento en renta en Supermanzana 15, ACANCEH, Col. Supermanzana 15, Quintana Roo Might be worth seeing if they will rent for 4 months?
there is an apt in my building that is available for short term renters, its currently occupied for the next two & a half or maybe three months but you should give them a call. its a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with furniture overlooking the park on the 4th floor with designated parking. its in SM4. only con it that it gets all the afternoon sun.
I have a house for rent. I usually want a years rent but right now I don't have any one in there. You can contact my property manager on 9981 921203, Its a 2 bedroom (2400 Sq Ft) with a study on the water with a pool. I also have a penthouse for rent. It is 1000 Sq Ft on the water with pool. You can contact Edmundo on that also or here on the web site
This will definitely not "tick all the boxes", but I want to mention it again, in case there are others who don't need such a large place as the OP was speaking of. This is a two bedroom, one bath, fully furnished (right down to the towels and bedclothes), airconditioned apartment in a very solid and secure apartment building right in the center of town (corner of Xcaret/Tulum). Those who know this location know that it is a three minute walk to Chedraui, an eight minute walk to Walmart Centro, and a fifteen minute walk to Plaza Las Americas. It's also at the last bus stop before the buses enter the Hotel Zone, making getting to the nearest beaches something like a 6-7 minute effort, and to Chac Maal about a 25 minute affair, at a cost of 8.5 pesos. The apt is available to be rented for a number of months at 8,000 pesos/month: you pay all utilities. Anyone interested can PM me.
