Ok, found some things that I liked that were Amazon prime WITH free returns (some of the things I liked weren't so had to bypass - WAH! lol) so ordered a red dress, a school girl costume and tie for Rome to match and a top for going to The City. I think I'm going to just make my club pants and bathing suit (and finish making my cover up!).

I have looked at all the stores you listed for dresses and came up with nothing. IDk not really into the 90's/80's regurgitation they seem to be pushing these days. I had more luck with Hot Topic, Hustlers, and a local performance store in a Nashville. Most of my stuff I just chanced it and ordered online through Amazon or ebay.
