Today starts the 3 months of Kati's birthday celebration (actual day is Sunday)...she toned it down from a whole year until we win the lottery. Anyhoo...we have decided that in addition to working out at the gym in preparation for TTR, we need to start working on our livers. Usually, we are very good about doing 2-4 liver workouts a week during the summer months, but over the winter, we've let our livers get flabby. No longer. We want to have the best 6-pack livers at the sexy pool. Tonight kicks off the Snapperhead 5-Minute Liver Program™ as we have about 24 friends coming over for our 8th Annual Wine Tasting that we hold each year for Kati's birthday.
