Where are you staying?? There is a Wal Mart down town in Cancun and there is a foodstore also. I have been to both and they have a large selection of products. This would be your best best. The Playa area is really getting built up, there are lots of new stores. You should really have no problem finding them. If you are staying at a resort, there is usually someone preparing eggs, they should be able to make you eggs anyway you like.

I live central Cancun. And no I've been here almost 2 yrs and cannot find them anywhere. I've asked the gym owners/members and the majority have never even heard of such a thing as Pre separated packaged egg whites

Also a no on that. None of the companies will deliver outside the U.S. Tried that when I first moved down here. Keep checking various companies every few months to make sure their rules have not changed. Even contacted Costco since they carry them in the US/Canada and see if they would start selling them here and they cannot. I do thank you for taking the time in answering me

Is the product "Egg Beaters" available? That's whats in it, egg whites, colored to look like regular eggs....
The next thing is, just buy a dozen or more eggs, and separate out the whites yourself.......not a big deal, and probably less expensive than buying the white....please don't ask how to separate the white from the yolks.....if you do ask......well, then you should just stay home......:bash:

I have never seen what you are talking about. It is no problem in a restaurant to order "clara de huevo". At home I just separate them as needed but those you pour are sure handy.
