Here is a question that confuses me every time we go to mexico. Why is whenever you ask for a lemon in your drink you always get a lime???? we had asked this at a few resorts and they all give us the same answer that a lemon is a lime in Mexico! I dont know about the rest of the world but we have lemons and limes in the states.. anyone else run into this dilemma??

The last time we were in Mexico the bartender kept putting a lemon in my Corona. When ever I tried to explain it his response was "it's the same thing". After a few days I just started asking for a green lemon.

There are generally no lemons available in Mexico.
