Hi, I have a question. Do you let your man do some shopping for your TTR trip? I know that some of our friends do this and the girls wear whatever they buy for them. I have been to TTR/BBG five times and I have never had my hubby do this for me. [[can you say control??]] Today I gave him a list of web sites. He said when he buys either a suit, lingerie or a dress that I HAVE to wear it, no matter what. Would you trust your guy to pick out your suit, dress or lingerie????
Really? 25 people have viewed it but no one has posted. I realize that more men are on this site than women so...MEN, do you shop for your women and do they wear whatever you buy? No matter what??
Hmmm Ok, I'll bite! Would I give up control and let him buy for me, knowing whatever he wore I had to wear? Probably, but I'd have to practice some "suspension of disbelief" that he would get something that fits. Outside of that, sure! He's been watching me surf the web looking for clothes and bikinis, and his only real input has been to remind me that he likes blatant sexuality, or "the sluttier, the better". I have to admit he's usually right, and I wish later that I'd taken his advice at the time, but I can't exactly admit that, can I?!
Buying... Yep, Hubby does most of the shopping for TTR, gets the sexy stuff and Packs for me. I normal do a quick check but thats it. this is one such item.. and he bought the shoes. :daveandmo:

The first year I bought all the wife's suits and she wore them, wasn't sure at first, but she did. Same went with the theme night outfits. We picked out the sexy evening dresses together. The second year she beat me to the punch and picked out items that I couldn't do better myself. For white night she picked an dress (if you want to call it that) completely sheer and lace, how would could I top that?
When I do help all I ever suggest is thongs anyway:bootyshake:. I have no problem letting her surprise me .

No way. I'm picky with clothes and generally wear things I know I like. Letting Russ pick my clothes, although granted might not go wrong would put stress on him that I wouldn't want to put him through!
Zebra would not wear the bikini's that I pick for her hehe. Perhaps some of the night ware, but its a tough call. You have to be comfortable in what you wear, if women dont feel sexy, and beautiful then they have a hard time coming out of their shell. Guys can put on jeans and a t-shirt and be feeling dandy....but they may not look so....its a perception thing. Its not a bad thing, but WE as people need to recognize this and pick stuff that THEY LIKE NOT WHAT WE LIKE ON THEM. This is why shopping for Christmas is so brutal hard for most of us. We will always view the ones we love through rose colored glasses. (but thats why we love them, because of who they are, not what they wear or how they look, we fell in love with personality.) Hopefully I did not come across cynical in this post. I am having a hard time putting into words what I am trying to say. I do like to shop with my woman, to watch what she picks up, watch what she wears and what she trys on, then Christmas shopping does not suck Pay attention men, it could save your ass one day.
