Just bought four tickets for this years race. Paddock Penthouse across from the podium. The best Indy tickets I have ever had :!: :!: :!: Anyone else going to Indy??
We may show up. Usually depends on the weather for us since we live just an hour away from the track (or possibly three or four depending on what time we head down to the track). Would like to head down on Saturday night and do the "party all night" thing as well one of these days. Or at least party part of the night and experience the wildness. My Pops used to have great tickets on the top two rows of Stand J, right out of turn 4, but he stopped using them a few years ago. Now we usually head down to the track and bargain when we go. Don't think that we have ever had as good of seats as you will this year though. We usually try to hit up Carb Day as well. Kid Rock will be playing the Carb Day Concert this year at the track. Still haven't heard who will be playing down on Jackson Street with Bob & Tom yet.
ILL be there for the party, not for the race though. My friends live right near the track, so we go down and party at the camp sites and such, WILD times down there for sure!!!!!!!!!
We ususally walk over to Georgetown Road around 10-11, and hang out around there for a while. Some pretty interesting entertainment. Always good to party with 300-400 thousand of your closest friends.
I agree, it gets pretty nuts out there, especially with the nudity!! Not a place for kids, thats for sure!
BRICKYARD! We, along with our partners in crime...Greg & Michelle (MichelleM)...go to the Brickyard every yr!! I think this will be our 7th...We always have a GREAT time.
