Just booked our Temptation vacation, now what? We have decided to give Temptation Resort a try. We will be there from September 23-28. What can we expect the crowd to be like at that time of year? We have been to Cancun over a dozen times, but this will be the first time staying at Temptation. What should we bring?
Ive never been in Sept, but I sure you will have a great time, we have never been there when we didnt have fun. The only thing I could tell you really need to bring is good sun screen. And guys need long pants to get in some of the resturants.
We booked an Oceanview Room. Are some of these rooms better than others? Also, I keep hearing about lingerie night, schoolgirl night, etc. Obviously, you girls plan ahead and pack these outfits in advance, correct? What other type of outfits should men and women bring?
ocean view can mean you can see just a little of the ocean, our first room there was an ocean view though a parking lot with a small area of the ocean showing though a building. Yes some rooms are better than others , but you really dont spend that much time in your room anyway
From looking at the hotel layout, it looks like the ocean view rooms in Building 3 overlooking the quiet pool look to be decent. Has anyone stayed in that part of the hotel before?
We just got back and stayed in 1335, awesome king with a pillow top! Overlooking the quiet pool is where you want to be and try for the 3rd floor as well which will reduce foot traffic. The sexy pool is not that far away but looks like it on the map so don’t let it fool you.
What area of the resort is best is definitely individual preference. This was our first year there and our original room that we were checked in to, in my opinion was not a great location. It was 5324 or something like that, no view and not near anything. We asked to be switched, which was no problem at all. They let us look at 3 rooms until we picked what we liked. We ended up taking room 2203 and it was awesome. Open door, down over 1 flight of stairs and we were in Paty-o's. However if you are not people that stay up late to party I would not recommend this location but we loved it!
