We'll be planning to run cruises on the following dates: Monday 3rd June - deposits open here Wednesday 12th June - deposits open here Monday 17th June - deposits open here Saturday 22nd June - deposits open here Wednesday 26th June - deposits open here Each cruise will open up for deposits one month before. So 12th June will open for deposits on or around 12th May etc. Each time a cruise opens a sign up thread will be posted and I'll link to it from here and from the roll call. Each cruise will need 25 deposits paid to reach confirmed status, and the maximum for each cruise is 60. If we don't reach confirmed status one week before the proposed date, then all deposits are refunded and the cruise is cancelled. If you're planning on attending a cruise then please make a quick post below letting me know which date and how many people (this is not binding). When each cruise opens for deposits I'll send you a PM to let you know.
Explanation of dates chosen June is always a quieter month than April and May with less cancuncare people at the hotel. This means it is harder to get sufficient numbers together throughout the month to run on a regular 4 or 5 day schedule as we have been doing. For the first 10 days of June 2013 (going by the roll call) we have 20 - 30 people at the hotel on any one day. Since not everyone wants to do the cruise getting the 25 people minimum we need is looking unlikely at the moment for the first 10 days - hence no cruises scheduled until the 12th. The middle ten days are busy, we have a peak of 74 people at the hotel on June 16th which drops to 50 by the 22nd. Therefore cruises on the 17th and 22nd are planned. The final 10 days are less busy but busier than early in the month so we are planning a cruise on the 26th to suit those staying for the last week of June. As always, numbers can change and if so then some tweaking of the dates may be required. We are still 1 -2 months away so it is not 100% accurate to forecast this far out. If you haven't already then please add your names and dates to the June Roll Call so that we have an increasingly accurate picture of our likely numbers at the hotel during June.

Thanks Steve, just saw it as my browser refreshed after posting. Please put us down for 2 on the 12th...but that's gonna make the O-dark-thirty flight home really painful on the 13th. If an earlier cruise comes up, we'll shift tot hat one.
2 More for the 26th. Thanks Steve!! You rock....I'll pay extra to make the 25 if we don't get enough.
