July Boobs Cruise Dates Announcement *NEW DATE ADDED 31st July*

We're planning to run cruises on the following dates in July 2015. August dates will be announced at the end of June.

Sunday 5th July - deposits open here
Friday 10th July - deposits open here
Tuesday 14th July - deposits open here
Sunday 19th July - deposits open here
Sunday 26th July - deposits open here
Friday 31st July - deposits open here

Each cruise will open up for deposits one month before (a day later if I am out on the boat - which seems to be the case for 4 of the 5 dates). We always aim to open at 1pm Cancun time.

Each time a cruise opens a sign up thread will be posted and I'll link to it from here and from the relevant monthly roll call. Each cruise will need 25 deposits paid to reach confirmed status, and the maximum for each cruise is 95. If we don't reach confirmed status one week before the proposed date, then all deposits are refunded and the cruise is cancelled.

Rationale for chosen dates:

As usual, July is one of our quieter months, fairly low numbers at the beginning and end of the month with peak numbers in the middle. It follows that most of the cruises will be towards the middle of the month.

For the first week we only have around 30-40 people maximum on any one day and therefore it is unlikely we'll get sufficient numbers together to run a cruise before the 5th, considering we have a cruise on June 29th. After the 22nd numbers drop to low thirties /high twenties so it may not be possible to get enough together for a cruise at the end of the month but we'll try for the 26th and hope that more people come along between now and then.

I assess the numbers from the roll calls and various other threads and they don't take account of:

- people who didn't add their dates to the roll call
- new people who join between now and the cruise date
- people who want to do more than one cruise
- couples who are also bringing friends (have been counted as two)
- folks staying at other hotels in Cancun
- people who predominantly hang out at the Cancuncare/TTR Facebook group
- people who book via our Boobs Cruise website
- email requests from people who don't publicly post anywhere.

So, it follows that my figures are probably a large underestimate of the actual number of people who will be in Cancun that have a connection with cancuncare in one way or another.

Lets see how interest in the dates above go, we may have to make tweaks as time progresses depending on interest and feedback.
