When they did the upgrade, did they put in a jacuzzi? For late night fun? That was the one downfall we thought of compared to Desire. We are travelling with 3 other couples again and I was hoping to go back to TTR but most are wanting Desire b/c of the jacuzzi. I wanted to do my research first. I LOVE TTR so was hoping to head back there.....at least for a few nights. TIA.
Yes, there's a hot tub next to Bash on the lobby level above the pool. It's more of a 'warm' tub but it does fill up when the sun starts to go down. It's been open every night for late night dipping after Bash ends - not sure if it ever actually closes.
This is great to hear. I've read mixed reports on the jacuzzi with some saying that it was closing as early as 7pm. Those were from trips I think back in October so hopefully that's no longer the case. Especially with no 24hr sports pool any more!
Well damn... Can anyone who has been very recently (or is there now!) confirm jacuzzi hours? And if it is open later now is this a policy change or just seasonal?
This question has been on our minds too. Would love to have a bit more information on the hot tub. How large is this hot tub? For reference, we've been to Desire Pearl. Any comparison to that for those who have been?
There were at least 30 people in it one night, probably more but I was a bit too distracted to do a head count.
It was open later in early November. But I think at some point in November and throughout December they started closing it at 7. Maybe there was too much hanky panky? Haven’t heard anyone since say whether they returned to keeping it open or whether they reopened it late night??? Seems like a waste to not have it open late night
In late November, the posted rules on a sign said that they closed a 7... However, as I pointed out to a security guard, it didn't say 7pm or am!!!! Don't know if it is now altered....
